A454E type fly frame adopts advanced PLC technology which supersedes traditional relay control and effectively improves operation stability and control flexibility. Its main component is bearing lied and equipped with devices for anti-thin section, up/down cleaner and photo electric stop for broke end. With the advantages of stable and reliable, low energy consumption, low noise and high mechanical-electrical integration and so on. It is suitable for pure or blended processing of carded or combed cotton fiber and drew cared, and the chemical fiber with length of <65mm, and machining after drawing boiled-off yarns to low count yarns with various numbers of counts and turns.

Electrical control adopts advanced PLC, which is of low energy consumption, simple circuit, easy maintenance, few fault, high mechanical-electrical integration and reliable safety function.

Low count yarn wind part speed conversion is realized by cone pulley drive. After bobbins become full, cone drum raises and the belt driven by motor automatically resets.
