FA421A,FA422A high-speed suspending spindle fly frame is of advanced construct ruction, stable drive, main motor speed adjustment frequency converter, PLC controller, speed adjustment with curved cone drum and fine tension adjustment with eccentric gear and touch displayer and controller. The machine is reasonable construction and high quality for finished yard, and high accuracy. It is easy to maintain and they can process combed and carded cotton sliver, man-made staple synthetic fiber and blending. The drawn sliver can be processed into different counts and twists roving for spinning.

When bobbins become full, the semi-auto doffing device offers three actions automatically, i.e., stopping the machine, resetting. The cone drum belt and lowering the rail.

Main motor adopts imported frequency converter controller, slowly start and stop, and prevent pinching yarn device.

For cleaning system , the top and bottom rollers are cleaned by active rotary fluff belt of top and bottom cleaning device. The itinerancy pneumatic suction motion can take away the flying on the roller, machine surface and keel casing and make the whole equipment and environment clean.
